Coating plant for large parts
With our 2000 × 2500 × 12500 mm oven, we sandblast, wash and dry large parts such as machine frames and steel structures before powder coating them.
Robotic automatic powder coating line
On the conveyor line, parts go through spray degreasing and rinsing, then phosphating and rinsing, and pass through a drying oven to be ready for coating. They are then coated by double-sided robots in cyclone booths using the latest technology.
Coated parts are cured in a U-turn oven at 180–200 °C depending on the powder. As they leave the oven, they are carefully packed on the conveyor and made ready for shipment.
Properties of electrostatic powder coating
Electrostatic coating works by electrically charging the powder so that it is drawn to the metal surface and coats it. The coated surface is then baked at 180–200 °C to cure the powder, creating a finish with excellent resistance to abrasion, corrosion, chemicals and impact.
Electrostatic powder coating is a solvent-free finishing method. It gives products a long service life, cost efficiency, a flawless finish, easy cleaning and maintenance, environmentally friendly production and a wide choice of colors.
